The rider earns a share of the basket rather than a flat fee, so the bigger your order, the less you pay to have it brought to you. It is never more than $1.

What is Prazi Point?
Prazi Point is a Zimbabwean delivery marketplace. You order from tuckshops, supermarkets, vegetable vendors and LPG retailers near you, a nearby store accepts and packs the order, and a local rider brings it to your door.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery never costs more than $1, and it drops to $0 once your basket reaches about $14.30. The fee falls as your order grows because the rider is paid a percentage of the basket instead of a flat charge.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within the hour. Stores are matched within 3 km of you, so the distance is short, but time of day, traffic and how busy the shop is all matter.
Do I need to install an app?
No. shop.prazi.co.zw is the full shopping experience in any browser, including on iPhone. The Android app adds a home-screen icon and push notifications.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, or mobile money through EcoCash and OneMoney. Mobile money orders are only sent to stores once payment has cleared.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Delivery is running in Harare today, and the map covers towns and cities right across Zimbabwe. Because shops are matched within 3 km of your address, an area opens the moment a shop there joins. Search your suburb on the homepage to see whether it is live yet.
How do riders get paid?
Riders earn 7% of every basket they deliver, paid out daily through the Prazi Wallet or mobile money.
Is there a monthly fee for stores?
No. Listing a shop is free. There is no setup cost and no subscription.
