Terms of use
Last updated 25 August 2026 · Devisal (Pvt) Ltd, Harare, Zimbabwe
These terms apply when you use Prazi Point: the apps, the web shop at customer.prazi.co.zw and this website. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.
1. What Prazi Point is
Prazi Point is a marketplace and delivery network. We connect you with independent shops and independent riders. We do not own the shops, we do not manufacture or stock the goods, and riders are not our employees. The sale contract for the goods is between you and the shop that fills your order. We provide the platform, the dispatch and the payment handling.
2. Who may use it
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. You must give a real mobile number, because it is how we verify you and how a rider reaches you. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
3. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer. It becomes binding when a shop accepts it.
- If a shop can only supply part of your order, you are asked whether to continue with what is available or cancel. If you do not answer in time, the order is cancelled and refunded.
- If no shop accepts within a few minutes, or no rider is available within 15 minutes of the order being ready, the order is cancelled automatically and refunded.
- Prices, stock and availability are set by each shop and can change.
4. Payment and delivery fees
- You may pay cash on delivery, or by EcoCash or OneMoney.
- Mobile money orders are only offered to shops once payment has cleared.
- The delivery fee is shown before you confirm. It is never more than $1 and reaches $0 on larger baskets.
- Mobile money providers may charge their own transaction fees, which are not ours and which we do not receive.
5. Cancellations and refunds
- You may cancel at any point up to and including while the rider is on the way. If a rider already has the goods, they return them to the shop, and your money stays held until the shop confirms it has them back.
- You cannot cancel once the rider has handed the order over. If something is wrong with what you received, contact support. Post-delivery problems are handled as a dispute, not a cancellation.
- Refunds are credited to your Prazi Wallet. You can spend the balance on a later order or request a withdrawal.
6. If you sell on Prazi Point
- You are responsible for the goods you list: their description, price, condition, safety and any licence the law requires you to hold.
- Keep your stock and prices current. Repeatedly accepting orders you cannot fill may lead to suspension.
- You may decline an order or accept only part of it. You cannot cancel an order that involves other shops.
- An operational float must be held for your shop to be visible to customers.
- Commission and settlement terms are set out in your store agreement.
7. If you ride with Prazi Point
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You choose when to work.
- You must hold any licence, insurance and roadworthiness your vehicle requires by law.
- You keep a refundable security deposit because you carry other people's goods and cash. It is checked when you accept a job and returned when you stop riding.
- Cash you collect belongs to the shop and must be returned to it.
- Earnings are a percentage of order value, paid to your rider wallet.
8. Things you must not do
- Order or list goods that are illegal to sell or deliver in Zimbabwe.
- Use someone else's account, or create accounts to abuse referrals or promotions.
- Harass, threaten or endanger a rider, a shop or another customer.
- Interfere with the platform by scraping, reverse engineering, or attacking our systems.
We may suspend or close an account that does any of these.
9. Your wallet
The Prazi Wallet holds refunds, earnings and deposits. It is not a bank account, it earns no interest, and it is not a deposit-taking service. Withdrawals go to the mobile money number on your account.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available. Coverage depends on shops and riders being active near you, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service.
11. Our responsibility
We are responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of goods sold by independent shops, or for the conduct of independent riders, though we will help you resolve a dispute and may remove a partner who behaves badly. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Zimbabwean law.
12. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time. See how, and what happens to your data. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
13. Changes
We will update the date at the top when these terms change, and tell you in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use Prazi Point after that means you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and the courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction over any dispute.
