Delete your account

You can delete your PraziPoint account and personal data at any time.

From the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.

• PraziPoint (customer & store): Settings → Account Actions → Delete Account
• PraziPoint Rider: open the menu → Delete Account
• Web: Account → Delete account

If you no longer have the app

Email support@prazipoint.co.zw from the phone number on the account, or WhatsApp that number, and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership of the number before acting, then confirm once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number and password
• Saved delivery addresses and location
• Devices signed in, and push-notification tokens
• Your referral code

What is kept, and why

Records of completed orders and payments are retained for accounting and tax purposes, as required of any business handling transactions. They are kept without your name or phone number attached — they can no longer be traced back to you.

Before you can delete

Deletion is blocked while any of these are outstanding, so that nothing you are owed is lost:

• Money in your PraziPoint wallet — withdraw it first
• A rider security deposit that has not been withdrawn
• An order still in progress
• A store you still own — transfer or close it first

The app tells you which of these apply to you.
